Born in London, Conn Iggulden worked as a teacher for seven years before becoming a full-time writer. He lives in Hertfordshire with his wife and children. Conn is the author of the number one bestselling Emperor series following the life of Julius Caesar. Bones of the Hills is the latest in his series of novels based on the life of Genghis Khan. He also co-wrote the Dangerous Books for Boys with his brother Hal Iggulden, and more recently The Dangerous Books of Heroes with his brother David Iggulden.
Conn Iggulden created a new record in the publishing world when he achieved the unprecedented feat of topping the Sunday Times Bestseller charts in both Hardback non-fiction (with the Dangerous Book for Boys) and Hardback fiction (Wolf of the Plainsa novel on Genghis Khan).
