The Oxford University Press Story Writing Competition

The title of the 2014 Oxford University Press Story Writing Competition is Between Hello and Goodbye.

The Montegrappa First Fiction Competition

The Montegrappa First Fiction Competition was a new addition to the 2013 Festival. Adults who have written (or are currently writing) a novel can win the chance to have lunch with literary agent Luigi Bonomi at London Book Fair 2013, by submitting a synopsis and the first five pages of the novel.

The winner of the 2013 Montegrappa First Fiction Competition was Annabel Kantaria, with her synopsis for the novel The Marmalade Murders. Information about the winning entries can be found here.

Details of the 2014 edition of the competition will be announced soon.

Chevron Readers’ Cup

Registration of teams for the 2014 Chevron Readers’ Cup will open in September 2013.
